Roti Burger

Dah sampai giliran roti burger ni setelah lama dok usha kat dapur uma RosJintanManis,k.hanaJapan dan mamafami..
roti sebelum di bedah..:)
Resepi roti burger ni kite cuba resepi dari dapur Mamafami..tq kak untuk resepi itu..memang best plak buat water roux tu dan ini pon yang pertama kali kite guna water roux..(memang ketinggalan jaoh sesangat sebab orang lain dah lama guna n buat ..)..lepasni kalau nak makan burger ayam ke daging ke yang spesel ke..roti dah boleh buat sendiri...
Roti yang siap dibedah dan isi perutnya..
kite benjokan aje.. versi kite..nampak macam batu belah batu bertangkup lah pulak..rotinyer pon ada geseng cikit..tengok kaler kulitnye tu :)..walau tak cantik rupa,alhamdulilah sedap kenyang kite dan alyssa makan benjo ni.. Resepi Roti Burger Bahan-bahannya
  • 300 g all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons instant dried yeast
  • 1 egg (medium) ~ slightly beaten. Set aside a small amount for glazing.
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 100 ml fresh milk
  • 50 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons water roux
  • enough sesame seeds
Glaze : Slightly beaten egg + 1 teaspoon fresh milk + a few drops of honey (for a shiny look) Bread Maker method :
  • Pour the lukewarm water and milk into the bread maker pan.
  • Add in water roux, egg, sugar and salt.
  • Top it with flour, milk powder and instant dried yeast.
  • Set the bread maker to Dough setting. Once the dough is just combined, add in the margarine. Let the Bread Maker continues it's job which will takes about 1 1/2 hour to finish the cycle.
  • Remove the dough from the bread maker. Divide into 70g dough each. Make into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into round balls and flatten it slightly to make the burger rolls.
  • Leave to prove for another 1/2 hour or so.
  • Brush the rolls with the glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
  • Open the oven door and spray the rolls with a bit of water. This is to ensure the sesame seeds stay attached to the rolls.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes or till rolls are done.
  • Remove from oven and brush with a bit of margarine, once out of the oven.

KALAU TIDAK ADA BAHU UNTUK BERSANDAR, SELALU ADA LANTAI UNTUK BERSUJUD

Mana pulak tak cantiknya roti burger tu. Cantik sungguh dah. Mama punya yang koreng sket sebab tak berapa penyet. Dia montok semacam! Muahahaha... Mm why don't I think of benjokan roti hari tu ek? Ni semua meh belasah makan dengan meat loaf je...tak pe la, sedap gak... hehehe...
